HS Coutures was delighted to host our long-term cooperative partner IG for an on-site factory visit and in-depth seasonal product communication recently.
The core agenda of this visit focused on exchanging insights of upcoming new-season fashion trends and discussing comprehensive new product development plans. Our design, technical and production teams sat down with IG’s purchasing and design team, sharing creative directions for casual apparel, fabric selection rules, decorative craft applications and mass production schedules. Both sides aligned product positioning and reached clear consensus on new collection launch arrangements.
After the trend seminar, our team accompanied IG’s delegation for a full guided tour across three core production bases:
● Garment production factory: The client witnessed the complete manufacturing workflow of casual wear, including fabric cutting, sewing, fitting adjustment and strict multi-stage quality inspection.
● Professional embroidery workshop: IG reviewed our full range of embroidery crafts, such as cross stitch, chain stitch, scallop decorative stitching and custom crochet appliqués, as well as our advanced multi-head embroidery equipment.
● Printing workshop: We showcased our mature printing capabilities covering mesh fabric print, photorealistic digital print, stripe print and all-over pattern printing.
Throughout the whole visit, IG spoke highly of HS Coutures’ integrated vertical supply chain, diversified decorative craftsmanship, standardized production management and end-to-end apparel manufacturing solutions. The client expressed full satisfaction with our all-in-one capacity integrating garment sewing, embroidery and printing, and confirmed plans to deepen long-term joint development of casual wear series.
